SEARCH MAKING
FOR MISSING CLERGYMAN

TAURANGA, November 1.
The police have been searching all the afternoon for the body of .the Rev E. G. Ault, whose clothes were found on the beach at Welcome Bay, in the inlet of Tauranga Harbour this morning.
Rev. Mr Ault was missed from his home at Tunis on Saturday. His car was' discovered on the Tauranga-Te-puke road last night, about five miles from Tauranga. As the tide was full when the clothes were found, and the Bay is extensive in area, the police did not begin their seach till low tide, when most, of the area was bare.
Up till a late hour this afternoon,, no trace was found of the body.
Mr Ault was about fifty years of age. He 'had suffered from. failing health, for the past three months, recently having a nervous breakdown..
