Maxwell • is now on hail. He has'.been committed for trial .at the Supreme Court at Nelson on November 29. LAUNCH’S PROGRESS. AUCKLAND, October 18. The launch, Beth, which left Auckland on September 19th. en route to Australia, reached Lord Howe Island on Saturday evening from Norfolk Island. Tli e launch will remain a week at Lord Howe to enable the crew to rest.
