ANNUAL MEETING AT RIMU. The annual meeting of the 'Rimu Cricket Club was held in the. Rimu Town Hall last night, when there was a good attendance of members. The balance sheet was read and adopted. The election of officers resulted as. follows:—Patron, Mr J. O’Brien; president, Mr 1). Ryan; vice-presidents, Messrs IV. Stopforth, W. Haddow, W. Boyd, H. Screen, W. E. Williams, Wells Bros and Sons, A. H. Nancekivell, J. Schroder, J. Murdoch, J. Breeze, A. Black, W. Radford, F. B. Lewis, J. Devaney, J. Mclnosh and M. Keenan; club captain, Mr J. O’Connor: delegate, Mr* S. Ogilvie; treasurer and secretary, T. Knowles; selection committee, J. O’Connor, L. Inwood and L. Knowles. The subscription was fixed at 5/-, and-it was decided that all subscriptions must be paid before November Ist. All present were appointed a general committee, and it was decided to run a. euchre and a dance on alternative Tuesdays to raise funds. It, was decided to roll the pitch and fix the playing field.
