The negotiations for the admission of th© Country Party as members of the Federal Ministry have failed. Mr Lyons, Prime Minister, therefore announced: to-night the following changes in the Ministry Postmaster Mr Archdal© Parkhill ; Minister of 'Commerce, Mr F. H. Stewart; Minister of the Interior, Mr J. Perkins; Assistant Minister,' Mr J. A. Guy. Mr Park-hill was the former Minister of the Interior, and' Mr Perkins was Assistant Minister of Commerce-
