WOOL SALE. DECLINE IN PRICES. I (By Telegraph —Ber Brets Association) DUNEDIN, March 1. The third wool sale commenced this morning, over 30,000 bales being offered to a full 1 bench of buyers. There was a keen demand for fine wools, but buyers’ limits were evidently reduced, prices in the early catalogues being down on the last sale. Crossbreds were not wanted to any extent. For finer wools the local mills did not. show the same keenness as previously, probably because tbe same quality was not offering. Prices declined in all grades, including pieces and oddments. Micro, were many passings. Tbe top price to noon was 11 Jd for .super half-bred.
