The Chi< u'ii Circuit Court of Appeal denied Al Capone’s petition to set aside the verdict, cabled on .17(1 1 October, and lie miisi serve 1 1 is eleven year senfence. It is not considered likely that the Suprein > Court, if Capone carries his ease thereto, will grant I lie gangster relief.
