The colts group of young cricketers dismissed the touring English team, captained by Lord Tennyson, (captain of tlm Hampshire County, for 2tie in tin- first innings in the opening match of the tour, played with twelve a side. The colts had scored ‘l9 for the loss of two wickets at the close of the day’s play.
