WEALTHY BOYS

TWO NEW ZEALANDERS. VISIT TO SYDNEY. SYDNEY, January 14. ■Sydney this wee!? displayed gmt Intorest when it 'was honoured by a .visit ffom Tom and Ted, who are known as the “£20,000 twins,” two' rich young New Zealanders who arrived from London by the Oronsav on their way to their native country of New Zealand. They are nine years of age, small, dark, earnest, and rather shy, and they got their nick-name from the fortune which wag left to them by their grandfather, Mr Felix Campbell, of Greymouth, who was one of 'the pioneers of the Wtst Coast of New Zealand. Tom and Ted are accompanied in their world travels by their mother and father, Mr and Mrs F. M. Deimehv. They were born in the Dominion, and they are returning there to attend school. They are entirely unspoiled, and it is the desire of the mother that they should be kept free of all fuss. They have not even been told thTt they will ever have more to spend than any other boy. For two years they have been travelling, and during that time they have visited most countries of the world. Tom, who is all freckles, admitted that he liked England best of all. He was very fond of travelling. However, he is by 1:0 m ans ambitious, and announced quite innocently, when he reached Sydney, “I am going to be a taxi-driver when I grow up. I would just love to drive a taxi." Ted, on the other hand, seems to have an eye and an ear for the picturesque, for lie said he was going to study Spanish. He thought it was the prettiest- language he had ever heard. Even though they had seen most of the cities of the wwld they expressed a keen desire to explore Sydney.
