BYE-ELECTION NEXT MONTH. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, January 23. The bye election for the East Sydney Federal seat, due to Mr Clasby’s death, has been fixed for February 6th., and, ,so far, there are four nominations: William McCall (United Australian Party), Percy Coleman (Official Federal Labourite), J. Ward (State Labourite, otherwise a Lang Planner, whom the late Mr Clasby defeated at the recent elections), and J. Miles (Commuuiet). Coleman formerly represented the Reid electorate.
