A DISAPPOINTING ONE. (By Telegraph—Per Press A ssoemtion) AUCKLAND, January 19. The second Auckland wool sale of the season opened this morning. At noon two of the largest catalogue* had not been reached, but so iar as it lias gone, the «ale was exceedingly disappointing and it appeared that more than 50 per cent, of the total offering of 25.000 luiles would be passed. Prices may he on a. par with the Auckland November level, except pieces and bullies, which may be louet. The wool wiis poorer in quality than that of November.
