Winston Churchill, who f\ H mow at the Bahamas, lias challenged { Senator Borah to a debate as to whether Soviet Russia should lie recognised by the capitalistic Governments. 11 Senator Borah accepts the challenge, he will ho expected to defend the policy of Great Britain in recognising the Russian Government, while Mr Churchill will defend the refusal of the United States to do so.
