Watkins, President of the New Zealand Racing Conference; W. McA. Duncan, of Hunterville; and Edmund Goodbehere, of Feilding, was released to-night as follows :

In the matter of the appeals by Goldfinch aud Foster, jockeys, against the decision of the Auckland District Committee in disqualifying them for a period of twelve months from October 6, 1931, for a breach of Rule 295 (1), and for corrupt and fraudulent practice within the meaning of Rule 352 (1) (N) of the-, Rules of Racing, by conspiring to permit and to assist the horse Royal Survey to win the Auckland Hack Handicap,, run at the meeting held by the Franklin Racing Club on March 7, 1931.
