Mr ’George Guest, of Bondi, the racehorse owner, lias issued a writ against Smith’s Newspapers, Limited, claiming five thousand, jxiiinds .sterling as damages for an alleged libel, arising out of the article ..published in “The Arrow” on Jlily lOlli, in respect, to the racehorse Simba.
