'Mr Maloney, Minister’ of Markets, tabled a reciprocal trade agreement between Canada and Australia. Certain Australian goods are to be admitted to Canada at a rate lower than the British preferential covering fresh and canned meats, eggs, dairy .produce, hops, rice, fruits, and wines. Australian butter is to be admitted to Canada at 14s per cwt. lower than New Zealand.
