WAR DEBTS

SUSPENSION OF PAYMENT. ,Umtod Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.; (Received this day at 1.5 p.m.) LONDON, Juuu Hi. Coincident upon tlie return from New York, of Sir Paish, who thinks things are shaping towards a two years or perhaps three years war debts moratorium, comes the suggestion from Berlin that German Ambassadors of France and Italy are now conferring with the Chancellor, after which they return to their posts at Paris and Rome to open negotiations for an all round suspension of 'preparations till 1934-35, in the hope of averting in August the request for the Young Plan moratorium. The latter contingency largely depends upon the result of Air Stimson's visit to Italy.
