Visiting Canada with the hope ol gaining a better understanding of the Dominion’s position, aspirations and policy, while at the same time assuring Canadian industrialists of their cordial desire to co-operate in making Canada and the Empire prosperous, a trade mission sent from Great Britain by the Federation of British Industries arrived here over the week-end, headed hv So - -Tames Lithgow. on a tour of the Dominion, hi their statement the visitors said their Federation believed the Empire could exercise a deciding influence towards sound world development. Su.’li a consummation was only possible provided all parts of the Empire worked together.
