Under Section 2 of the Finance Act, the Financial Adviser is a member ot the following investment boards; Public Trust Investment Board, Government Insurance Board. State Fire Insurance Board, Native Trust Office Board, State Advances. 'Board. Teachers Superannuation Board. Government Railways Superannuation Board and any other board that may at any time be charged with the control oi investment of public moneys.
