Spain wishes the 1932 M Olid Disarmament Conference to he held a.t the Barcelona Exhibition Buildings, instead of at Geneva. The Government is sounding countries for their opinions thoreaneiit. No decision will he made until the next League Council meeting, hut it may he difficult to provide accommodation at Geneva the Conference is expected to be bigger than ever. Over fifty nations will be attending with many military, navai and air experts and diplomats.
