FORGERY CHARGE, [By Telegraph, Per Press Association.) A'UX<v!LANT). March 23. Wilburn .lames Finch, 23, a motor driver pleaded guilty to charges of forging a name to an application to employ labour. Finch stated that while in the Labour Office applying for work, lie met an unknown man who said lie never did any work, hut got the money. Asked how, the man, told Finch to pul a friend’s name on a piece of paper and no inquiries would be, made. Finch filled in a application form with a false name; later returned the slip and received fourteen shillings. He was committed for sentence.
