‘ LONDON, September 27. “The Times’s” Riga correspondent says that with the admission that Communism has thus far failed to attract the British masses, the Communist International has ordered tlie British Coipmunist Party to begin a new and energetic campaign, with the introducing of new methods, including the immediate opening of. nine ■ Communist schools in England for the training .of. district leaders, and also special courses in all of the populous centres. The British Labour Government and British Labour Party, it is stressed, must be among the vchief-objects "of-’the Communist, attack. LONDON, September 27. “The Times’s” Riga correspondent states that the Soviet has ordered the Supreme Economic Council to organise a new state industry for file mending of old clothes. Plans are to be completed within ten days for the establishment of state mending centre's" in all of the big towhs. Hlt is thus hoped to alleviate/the textile crisis in Russia and 'to overcome the present inability" of the majority of the people: to obtain new garments.
