OTTAWA, September 25. Canada will not send a representative to the United States inquiry into the Soviet’s short-wheat-selling. Word to this effect was despatched by the Acting-Prime Minister, Sir George Parley, to Mr Hamilton Fish, the Chairman of the Investigation Committee at New York.
