SOME ALTERATIONS.' Spirituous, cu.liii.iry and flavouring, essences are increUacd to 4J shillings' per gallon Plain glass bottles and jars:—Over ( • one ounce: BruiHii duty is increased' >from 15 to 20 per cent to 25 per ' cent; foreign duty is increased iroiti' 40 per cent and 45 per cent to 50. per cent; others: British free, 1 ofeign 25 per cent. ; Watches: —The foreign fate is re-'' dueled from 45 to 35 per' cent.
