MOTOR TRAGEDY
SEVERAL VICTIMS

One was killed outright and another lies in. a serious condition in the hospital as the result of a collision between a motor car and a motor cycle at Horotiu this afternoon. A motor cycle and side car were travelling towards Hamilton when they collided wtih a car driven by A. 11. Baldwin, a miner, of Bluntly. John Langford Garvey, aged 20 years, a salesman, of Frankton, was killed outright, and the companion on the cycle, George Tvasoof, aged 25 year.-, of Huntly. was admitted to the hospital with concussion. It is not known who was riding the cycle and who was inside the car. Mrs Ann Stewart, a passenger in the car, is suffering iiom shock and slight com mission. r 'flio deceased, Langford, was married with on,e child.
