DUNEDIN, Dec. 10.

Sometime on Sunday, before the Hon. Taverner’s premises were entered, a branch office of' the Dunedin Savings Bank on Cargill Road, was burgled and a large safe dynamited, bio money is left at the branch offices, the burglars’ only haul being a loaded revolver, which with fuse, detonators, cold chisel and jemmy,., found in the scrub near St. Hilda beach, in which direction the man ran, who was chased from Taverner s office.
