So much that is inspiring has been heard ol" the wonderful strides in topdressing and pasture improvement in New Zealand, that the .Minister of Agriculture lias arranged for an agrostologist, J. N. Willet to leave on Thursday for New Zealand to make a survey of the work, in progress. The possibilities of New Zealand flax being suitable if or this State will also be inquired into.
