TO NEW ZEALAND. FROM. WESTERN AMERICA. [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph .—Copyright.] NEW YORK, December 9. A San Francisco message states that the Joseph Constantine Steamship Line Limited will establish a monthl} 7 steamer service from the Coast to New Zealand, with three newBritish- steamers, each of 8,500 tons dead weight. The new service is beginning early next year, with stops at Auckland, Wellington, Dunedin and other New Zealand ports. The steamers will run from Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle and Vancouver.
