LAST BRITISH FORCES LEAVING. ■ (British Official! Wireless). RUGBY, Dec. 5. The last units of the British Army on the Rhine will he home next week. The evacuation will practically be completed by next Thursday, when Lieut. General Sir William Thwaites leaves with his staff, after paying the necessary compliments. A small final party of details leaves on December 13th.
