FAREWELL TOUR

PALMERSTON N„ Dec. 3. To-day the Governor-General and Lady Alice Fergusson paid a farewell visit to Palmerston North. This morning the Governor visited the Boys’ High School. Technical School and Girls’ High School, and delivered addresses. This afternoon he unveiled a memorial at A'vapuni to the Medical Corps, visited the library and unveiled a memorial to Sir James Wilson at the hospital.
