The indications are for northerly winds, freshening at times, and after 16 hours backing by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. Later the weather will probably become colder. Barometer falling slowly, but after about 16 hours the barometer will rise. Seas rough, tides moderate.
