Mr E. •James Dominion secretary of the New Zealand;Political Reform League,: who has retired. The Leader of the Opposition (Dir'Coates) presided, presenting Mr James with a silver tea,, service. Mr. Coates referred to the-lon-.' association Mr James -had had with the executive side of,-the Reform organisation and to the valuable service' lie had rendered.
