A widow named Adeline Pyle, was arrested on a- charge, that on June 27th. she unlawfully used an instrument on Amelia Gertrude Pipe, thereby causing the death of the said" Amelia Pipe. Accused appeared before Mr Hunt S.M. and was remanded to August cth. Bail was allowed in sureties of £509. Miss Pipe was 23 years of, age and had been house-keeping for her father at Waibi. She was admitted to the hospital there on June 18th. and died last Friday morning.
