SHANGHAI, July 26. Considerable anxiety still exists ’n Manchuria following the arrival of the * Chinese Consul, staff and (families, who report ill-treatment of the Chinese community at Vladivostock and refusal of the Soviet to supply food. It is stated that Soviet troops are drilling night and day and that motors and other vehicles have been commandeered.
