Dale application for transfer to third grade.—Received and granted. From Rimu Club applying for transfer of ,T. Bell, ; A. Parkhill and D. Kerr to Ritnu. —Received and granted subject to the players making personal applications to Secretary before Thursday. From D. Heenan. referee RimuArahura match and also letter from R.imu Cl mb.—Received : Rimu Club to lie advised of the ruling. It was resolved that the Rimu Club be instructed to liavo the goal posts padded, tussocks and rushes cleared and cricket pitch covered. Accounts presented were passed for payment. Tt was resolved to thank Mr S. .T. Preston for donation. The following list of referees was submitted :—-Messrs A. Cutbush. E. Heenan. D. Hoonnn, E. M. Best. M. Wallace. J. Coulson. D. Williamson.
