EX-SCOUTMASTER FINED. AUCKLAND, May 7. The. trouble caused by an ex-Scout-master, D. J. McFanane, was described by the police at the Magistrates Court this morning when this young man appeared on a charge of unlii'.ivfnlly wearing his Scout’s uniform].. Siib-Inspector McCarthy said McFarfeme has previously been a Scoutmaster, but his warrant of appointment had been cancelled in December last. After it bad been withdrawn defendant insisted on parading in his unifeitnn, and by doing so had given the .Boy Scout authorities much trouble.
