Grave injuries were .sustained by a brother .and, a sister, Noel George Rcn(t«n. aged six, and Mabel Winifred .Renton. aged 12, as the result of a 'collision between n trolley on which they were riding and a motor-car at Mount. Eden tins afternoon.. The car was going along Dexter Avenue, and the trolley was coming, down the slope it! Newborn Avenue when the accident occurred. The cTiildren were removed to tlie Auckland Hospital and their condition is not serious.

Alan East, aged seven, died at tlie hospital this morning as the result, ol mjuries received when cycling home from Xorlhcole school yesterday, when lie was knocked down by a motor-car. ANOTHER CHILD HURT. AUCKLAND, Alay 10. Another child, Peter Smith, aged two, received a iraeture ol the thigh to-day, through being knocked down by n motor-car in Ponsonby.
