The famous Monte Carlo is definitely on tfie decline. Its popularity is challenged by San Remo, Cannes and Nice, which are attracting a greater number each year. The management of the Insino reported a not income of eighty million francs compared with ninetyone millions last year and ninety-eight millions in 1927.
