(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) THE HOUSE. WELLINGTON, Aug. 10. In the House of Representatives on the motion of Hon. Rolleston, Maintenance Orders (facilities for enforcement) Amendment Bill was introduced and read a first time. The dehate on the Budget was opened at 4.20 p.m. by the Leader of the Opposition and was followed by Hon. Wright, Messrs Ransom, D._ Jones and Savage. The adjournment was moved by Mr J. S. Dickson and the House rose at 11.30 p.m, till 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday. . ,
