(Australian Press Association.) 5 DIALING NOT MISSING. SYDNEY, Aug. 8. Silas Dialing writes to the “Sun”; newspaper to-day expressing surprise that a hue and cry had been raised over his so-called disappearance. He states that pending the hearing of his appeal against the recent sentence upon him, he is taking a holiday to recuperate Jiis health which had suffered owing to the ordeal through which he had been passing. Dialing says that, if required as a witness, he can be communicated with through his legal advisers. WORKERS HURT BY CRASH OF TIDfBER. SYDNEY, Aug. 8. The collapse of portion of the timbering supporting a concrete archway that is being erected over a street passing under the northern approach to the Harbour Bridge to-day injured five tnon, two of them seriously. The men were at the top of the structure, and were fixing ropes to facilitate the removal of the timbers, consisting of fifteen inch square balks, forty-five feet high. The guy rope broke, and the whole section, weighing one hundred tons, crashed to the ground, carrying the men with it. Desmond Shirley suffered a fractured skull, and internal injuries. Harry Madsen sustained a fractured leg and concussion. Herbert Dlorrison is believed to have both legs broken. Two others, Frederick Agnew and Alliert Coleman, suffered lesser injuries. Half of the roadway was already open for traffic, but fortunately no one was passing,
