BOY FOILS BANDITS. NEW YORK. December 6. Bv jumping on to the running-board of their motor-van and wrenching the steering-wheel so that the van ran into a wall, a 17-years-old youth, Kenneth Subert, compelled four motor bandits to abandon a load of cloth which they had stolen from a factory in Martabanroad. Stoke Newington, N.. early yesterday morning. The bandits jumped out of the van and escaped. The van was subsequently identified as one stolen in the City a week ago.
