Chamberlain, M. flymans and Count Isliii. which endorsed the findings of the HumLold Commission in the Graeco-Bulgarian dispute. Kir A. Chamberlain on the rapporteur leading of tlic report said the invasion of Bulgarian territory was not justified. Greece acted without premeditation, hut it was unnecessary in order to reoc'.upy a little post and overcome a few men to undertake operations over twenty kilometres. An indemnity of thirty million levax should he paid within two ‘months. Bulgur journalist., leaving the hall at the conclusion of the Graeco-Bulgarian affair wore hastily recalled to hoar the .sjieeoh by Sir A. Chamberlain, which was not scheduled on the agenda. He said he was handing; over the Locarno Agreement for deposition in the archives of the League. The Powers had confirmed and intended to inaugurate a new phase in relations, carefully avoiding provocation or offence to others, and had established peace between themselves, thus helping to stabilise tbe peace of the world and give rest and confidence to other nations.
