Dr Pickerii! felt so strongly upon tin subject that he despatched a Lelegran to the Director-General of Health, protesting against students being permitted to enter secondary schools without such certificates. CASE AT GISBORNE. GISBORNE, April 20. After a lapse of a fortnight, another ease of infantile paralysis is reported m Gisborne, the patient being a- girl aged one year and eleven months.
