It is pointed out that the AligloKgyptiatt Convention ol ISM!) provided that Sudan should remain under martial law until otherwise determined. This provision, so far as is ascertainuhle, has not been cancelled. Pour fighting aeroplanes arriveil at Khartoum this morning, four others remaining at Kara. •* Nine -arrests were made at Port Sudan yesterday in connection with minor disturbances, which the nolic' easily controlled.
