Tin-: Financial Outlook:. The hanking returns for the past quarter, as a whole are very satisfactory and show that the economic conditions of the country have improved very considerably. It would, however, he foolish to assume that all our economic troubles are at an end. Ihe moratorium, rent restriction, embargo on imports, control of commodities, and the State acting as middleman for the Colonial Sugar Refining Company must come to an end, and these will cause new disturbances which cannot yet he estimated.
