WEDDING BELLS.
STUART—KY A NS. A quiet wedding was celebrated yesterday afternoon at Glanrhyd, Sale St. the residence of Mr 1). L Evans, when Mr Thomas Stuart, second youngest soil of Mrs Stuart of Ilampden St. was united to Miss Fanny Evans, second daughter of Mr I). .V. Evans, County Clerk. There were only relatives present for the happy event. The bride wore a turquoise blue dress trimmed with fur, and mole hat, and was given away by her father. She was attended by her younger sister Miss Marjorie Evans, who wove a navy blue dress. Mi E. Bawden was best limn. lbo happy couple, who were the recipients of a largo number ol very handsome presents, and many expressions of good will for their future, left Inter for Greymouth and Christchurch where the honeymoon will be spent, the brides going away costume was a brown coat frock and hat to match. Later in the afternoon and evening a large number of friends gathered at the residence in honor of the event and were most hospitably entertained, the best of good wishes being expressed for the future of the newly wedded pair.
