LONDON, April Id The prevention of the building O lock-out is now regarded as hopeless It will mean that the operations will cense on no fewer than 130.000 dwellings, also many industrial const motional schemes. Extensive street reconstructions m the city and the west end of London will lie interrupted. Banks, shipping lines, and generally business, house* are engaged in the new buildings. It is estimated the loss of wages will be more than £1,000,000 weekly.
