The Polish Government has officially recognised Mira's Government and acknowledged the right of the Ukraine to its independence. Jilsudsld has issued a proclamation, stating that his forces lias ended the Ukraine to expel the Bolsheviks, and would remain there until the ’Ukrainian Government had been established and then withdrew. ' Potlura has issued a proclamation that the Polish-Ukrainiau agreement was established to fight the common enemy Bolshevism, till it is defeated. CAPTURE OF KIEFF.
