- POLLARD'S PICTURE
On Thursday evening, William Duncan and Carol Holloway will be featured in the Greater Vitagraph production, “ The Tenderfoot,” by Pollards, at the Princess Theatre. It is a vivid and varied drama of Western life and adventure, it is overflowing with exciting incidents and is interwoven with a delicate love theme. The story tells of a man who went West to forget, his past career. Fickle fate threw the old lo v e across his path, but a newer a.ud truer Jove had blossomed in his heart, and the weak victim of gaiety and pleasure became a man. “ Rips and Pushes,” a l,o>;oft Vitagraph comedy, “Forks and Lance Hussars.” an interesting film, “ The Switch in the Safe,” the Sth episode of “ The Fatal Ring,” and a Topical Budget- combine to make a lengthy and interesting programme.
