The telegrams add that the British have a groat quantity of artillery north of the Somme, and on the bend of the Ancre, ■which is most active. The French are also said , to be strongly counter-attacking with fresh divisions. changes in the German High Command are imminent. The German armies engaged are just being divided into two groups, one to fight the British and the other the French. Prince Leopold of Bavaria will command the army against the French.
