Ifae Daily Telegraph draws attention to the fact that the newspaper Pravada, the official organ to the Soviet, publishes - a blasphemous caricature representing Mr. Mac Donald arm in arm with the King and Christ, all three wearing frock coats and top hats. The same issue contains a long report of Zinovieff's attack on Mr MacDonald m which he says: "Mac Donald s policy is that of a valet serving a great lord, dictated by the desire to s l e. rv. 6 .y* 1* British bourgeoise without diminishing his credit with the British workmen."

Zmovieff indicates that Bussia expects a loan of 500.000.030 gold roubles at six per cent, interest.
