The commit! '■& is discussing the Representation of the People Amendment Bill, promoted by a Labourite, Mr. William Adamson. Mr. Arthur Henderson (Home Secretary) told the committee that the Government wanted to give the vote at the age of 21 and undertook to have the Bill carefully examined with a view to remedying any defects.
